Omega Alpha Pharmaceuticals Inc. is 100% Canadian owned and incorporated in Ontario. The President of the company is Dr. Gordon Chang who holds a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto, Department of Physiology and Institute of Biomedical Engineering, including 2 years as a postdoctoral fellow at the department of Clinical Chemistry at the Toronto General Hospital.

Since its incorporation in 1992 and the approval of Health and Welfare Canada, Omega Alpha Pharmaceuticals has concentrated its efforts into producing and manufacturing herbal based supplements and remedies. As a Pharmaceutical company all herbal products manufactured by us is done so under the same rigid and uncompromising quality standards Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) that are associated with the manufacture of modern Pharmaceutical products.

We have instituted quality control standards and practices, which are very specific for herbal products. For example, all of the herbs supplied to us are in a whole and uncut form so we can verify the identity of the medicinal herb thus ensuring there were no adulterations or substitutions made. In addition, we have a fully functional laboratory for testing the quality of the final product.
