Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) - An Ayurvedic herb with strong adaptogenic properties. Works synergistically to enhance the restorative effects of Astragalus and Siberian Ginseng.
Reishi Mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) - Enhances T-lymphocyte activity and therefore boosts immune system and is also a potent anti-inflammatory.
Cat's Claw (Uncaria tormentosa) - A very potent stimulator of the natural killer T-cell and interleukin systems as well as a powerfull anti-inflammatory.
Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosis) - One of the best adaptogenic herbs, increasing the body's ability to resist and endure environmental stress.
Atragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) - According to Chinese texts, restores Chi (energy) and stimulates the immune system.
Elecampane (Inula helenium) - Anti-bacterial.

Dosage:
30cc daily for 25 days, stop for 5-7 days and then repeat cycle.
